A 7-year-old girl was diagnosed with breast cancer, starting with the symptoms when she was 5 years old.
The girl’s mom found out a small ball on the daughter’s breast when she was taking a shower, the girl was on surgery to remove her breast but doctors said they want to know if she has developed metastases.
Before knowing it was breast cancer, the doctors said it was normal to have lumps at her age, but later the mother had to go to another place to have another diagnose.

Due to the recorded diagnosis, it was recommended to have the total removal of the breast to prevent the tumor from spreading to other parts of the body.
Maura, 7, is from Chile and her case would be the first case of a patient with a young age disease since most of the women in whom they are diagnosed are between 50 and 60, from there on down, it begins to be less frequent.
