Nicaragua stands in solidarity with Russia and condemns the terrorist act perpetrated at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow, where 6,000 people were present and it is preliminarily known that 40 people died and at least 100 were injured.
“With our invariable fraternal affection and solidarity, we express our most energetic condemnation, rejection and repudiation of these methods that have already caused, throughout the world, pain, suffering and loss to so many families in the human community,” states the letter issued by the Government of Nicaragua led by the president, Daniel Ortega; and the vice president, Rosario Murillo.
“We write to you with our hearts beaten by the terrorist tragedy that has just occurred in a Moscow Concert Hall, where hundreds of people gathered at an art and culture event,” highlighted the statement from the Latin American nation.
Likewise, he expressed: “Terrorist crime has been cruel once again, on innocent people who have been victims of the hatred and confrontation that characterizes Nazism and fascism that continue to threaten the world.”
At the same time, he asked the Russian president to “convey to the people of Moscow, to the families who have lost loved ones, to the friends of those who have seen the principles of humanity and brotherhood shaken, and we convey to you, comrade Vladimir Putin, as always «As brothers in the history of just struggles for peace and good in the world, our unwavering support, backing and solidarity.”
Terrorist attack in Russia
The terrorist attack carried out in Russia took place in a concert hall in Moscow, where several criminals dressed in camouflage clothing entered, carrying out a massive shooting against civilians and setting fire to the seats of the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow.

Preliminarily, the Federal Security Service of Russia counts 40 people dead and more than 100 injured due to the terrorist attack.

The Russian Investigative Committee arrived at the scene and opened a criminal investigation to find out who was involved in the terrorist act suffered by 6,000 people who were there.
