Rhys Frake-Waterfield, «Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey» filmmaker, is working with his team to make a horror version of Peter Pan, called «Peter Pan: Neverland Nightmare,» now in development.
“Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey” is about how Pooh, the bear, and Piglet become killers after Christopher Robin abandoned them to go to the university.
This version started when the first book of Winnie the Pooh started to be a public domain work since January 1, 2022 which means Disney does not have the rights of the characters anymore.
So far, the director has shared what Peter Pan movie could be, saying that with only the title of the film send “shivers down our spines”.
For some viewers, their heads could be spinning imagining the atrocities that Peter and the lost boys could commit.
