Raisi thanked the president of the Latin American nation, Daniel Ortega; and the vice president, Rosario Murillo, “for her messages of condolences sent after the martyrdom of a group of representatives of Iran in the terrorist attack of the Zionist regime against the Iranian consulate in Damascus,” quoted the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
“The usurping Zionist regime is an enemy of peace and tranquility and does not adhere to any of the international principles and laws,” stated the communication issued by the Iranian leader.
Likewise, he added that, “it is expected that with the support of free nations and independent countries like the friendly country of Nicaragua, in the near future we will see this regime held responsible for committing so many crimes,” according to the Iranian news outlet.
